At Weller Home Inspections. PLLC, we understand that when you purchase a home, you want to know what you are buying. After all, buying a home is one of the most important decisions you can make. My job is to help you understand exactly what you are purchasing. I take the guesswork out of the home-buying process as much as possible. My main service area counties are Harris, Fort Bend, Austin, Waller, Montgomery, Colorado and San Jacinto. I offer comprehensive inspection services for new construction, condominiums, duplexes, pre-built homes, phase I and II inspections, one and two year warrenty inspections and swimming pools/spas.
I also work with buyers of commercial properties such as office buildings and wearhouses. I am here to give you peace of mind and assist you in all aspects of understanding your purchase.
I take great pride in every inspection I perform. All of the inspection reports must be authentic and stand up to critical examination. I continue to build my reputation one inspection at a time to insure you get the quality service you expect from a quality home inspector. The report will meet or exceed the state standards and be emailed to you the same day. It will have listed defficiencies along with photos. If needed it will have photos from the infred camera.
